From Courtrooms to Classrooms: Mr. Reinhold Shares Legal Wisdom

7th-grade students were able to speak with Mr. Reinhold, a retired Judge Advocate General lawyer of 30 years. Mr. Reinhold, grandfather of one of the SAMS students, continues to practice law in the state of New York. He took time out Monday and Tuesday, March 17 & 18, to talk to 7th-grade students about the rule of law, how to become a lawyer, the best and worst trials he’s had, and the importance of understanding your basic legal rights. Students were attentive, and they asked some serious, thought-provoking questions. SAMS students are hard at work preparing for their Mock Trial after spring break.
A big thank you to Mr. Reinhold for sharing his time and knowledge with our students.
