Principal's Message

Principal’s Message – End of May

Dear SHAPE American Middle School Community,

As we approach the end of May, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared this school year. With just a few weeks remaining, there’s a sense of excitement in the air as we prepare to celebrate our students’ accomplishments and look ahead to the summer break.

May has been a month full of energy, learning, and growth. From classroom projects and assessments to school events, our students have continued to demonstrate curiosity, resilience, and a strong sense of community. I am so proud of the hard work and dedication they’ve shown.

As we move into the final stretch of the school year, we are focused on finishing strong. Our teachers and staff are committed to supporting students through these last weeks, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for the transition ahead—whether that’s moving up a grade level or preparing for high school.

We also look forward to celebrating our students’ achievements through end-of-year activities, award ceremonies, and special events. These moments are a wonderful way to recognize their efforts and reflect on the growth we’ve seen throughout the year.

To our families, thank you for your continued partnership and support. Your involvement has been essential to our success, and we are grateful for the strong home-school connection that defines our SHAPE American Middle School community.

Let’s finish the year with pride, positivity, and the Gladiator spirit!

Warm regards,

Dr. Gloria Hajat
Principal, SHAPE American Middle School
